I visited with high expectations, but the drinks fell short of what I had hoped for. The tea and milk flavors were not particularly rich or impressive, and the drink was not very cold. However, the boba had the perfect chewy texture. I visited around lunchtime on a Saturday, and although it was crowded, I received my order after about a 20-minute wait. Ordering was done through a kiosk, and the staff members were friendly. Overall, it did not live up to the hype for me, and I probably would not return.

my favorite beverage shop ever!! incredible quality, fast service, organized, clean, beautiful interior, and amazingly convenient design of the cups. very pleasant place to sit down, and enjoy your drink. i’ve lost count on how many times i have come back here. though it is on pricier side

orange high tea mountain pouchong tea is suuuper refreshing for the weather new york has been experiencing the past couple of days! the wait wasnt too long which was nice. bubbles were excellently made! i enjoyed the honey(?) that was mixed in it and how it was soft but not suuuper soft. i think the drink is seasonal— so come by and drink it when you have the chance! the classic boba milk tea is great too if you want something milky and sweet :)

Did we come for the presentation? Yes. Did we come to get rehydrated with some natural tea? Yes. Did we come for great service? Yes. And we got it all. The lines were long, but there was an attendant with her iPad assisting with placing our orders. We looked around as we waited for our drinks to be served as they dangled from the twine carrier like a porch swing.

A little Taiwanese boba shop - the costs are higher, but they do have a cool twine carrier for your drink. While the tea is good, the boba lacked much flavor, and they were more expensive than many other shops in the neighborhood. Small area for seating (although table was dirty and needed cleaning off). Not a good area to do work on a laptop, as the tables barely held the drink.
